Eden Day Spa  as it is today grew out of the vision of the Engelhardt family who purchased the Dolmor Salon in 1952.  Florian & Elizabeth(Betty) Engelhardt built the present facility that contains the Salon, the Eden Day Spa and the newest addition, the My Top Drawer lingerie store.  Their foundational guidance and commitment to excellent service has fueled the development of this full-service facility. 

Eden Day Spa   offers many esthetic & spa services from facials, body treatments, manicures & pedicures to  hair removal  with Laser, Electrolysis or Wax.  A great selection of Spa Packages to fit any budget have been created for any gift-giving occasion.  Eden also offers a full selection of professional nutraceutical skin care products, cosmetics, & body care products to purchase for your home skin care regime.  We are pleased to add EMINENCE ORGANICS skin care to our offerings for the eco-conscious consumer.

The Dolmor Salon, Norfolk County's leading beauty salon, has many experienced stylists to make you look your best.  Continuing education is very much a part of the Dolmor philosophy with stylists attending conventions, conferences & workshops across North America.

 Policies

 * Health Standards:  We observe the strictest of sanitation & sterilization measures in all our treatments to exceed Ministry of Health requirements. 

 * Walk-in Clients are welcome based on availablity of estheticians, although appointments are recommended.

 * Gift Certificates:  It is our sincerest wish that every client who receives an Eden Gift Certificate receives the full benefit & enjoyment of their "Gift".  We allow treatment &/or product substitutions at equivalent value.

 * Cancellations:  We require 24 hours Cancellation Notice for individual services & 48 hours notice for spa packages & multi-service visits.  If less notice is given & we are unable to fill the reserved time, 50% of the value of the reserved appointment(s) will be charged as compensation.  This applies to all spa packages & services (single or combined) over $100.

 * "No Shows" will be charged full value.

 * Booking appointments:  For any service over $100 (single or combined), we require a credit card number as security in the event that the service(s) is cancelled without proper notification or there is a no show.  The appropriate dollar value will then be charged to the card as per cancellation policy.
